Promotional Events and Communications

Policy

Eligibility for NCTC to Co-sponsor an Event

NCTC will consider co-sponsorship of events on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following preconditions: 

  1. The event is consistent with the image and mission of the Council.
  2. At least one event sponsor must be a member in good standing.
  3. Event marketing/advertising must contain the Council’s name &/or logo, and where appropriate, the NCTC web site.

Eligibility for Inclusion of information on e- Newsletters

NCTC will consider inclusion of special announcements regarding members on a case-by-case basis subject to the following preconditions:

  1. The information is relevant to the members and mission of the Council.
  2. Announcements are regarding members in good standing with NCTC.

Eligibility for Inclusion in NCTC Calendar of Events

NCTC will consider including member-submitted events on its calendar on a case-by-case basis, providing that:

  1. The events are relevant to our membership.
  2. The events involve members that are in good standing.
  3. The event is consistent with the image and mission of the Council.

Note: Public events, and events sponsored by government or non-profit organizations, that may be of general interest to our members may be included.

NCTC Mailing Lists

NCTC does not sell, rent or share its membership mailing list or any other regional mailing lists it may have.
